Never Grow Tired of Seeing Your Novel as a Staff Pick
Was at a nearby Fall book event when I spotted Asesina front and center as a Staff Pick in a local Oregon public library. Good stuff! Our re-release and the accompanying promotions have been quite successful.
Over 8,500 Copies of "Asesina" Sold
My publisher just sent me an email indicating that over 8,500 copies of “Asesina” have been sold to date. The novel was rereleased worldwide in hard copy, digital, and audio versions. Surprisingly, the majority of sales have been international. Many of you have asked about the follow-up novel which is in re-edit. I’m working to place it with one of the major publishers. Hope all is well.

Tarpon Springs Book Event Was Great Fun
Had a great Valentine’s Day in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Weather was beautiful. Enjoyed some wonderful Greek food and met a number of avid readers at a local book event.
Taking A Break From Second Novel
Taking a short break from editing my second novel to work on a short story request from a quarterly satire magazine. Will be back promoting Asesina in a week or two.
Book Event at the University of Tampa
Enjoyed meeting with students on the campus of the University of Tampa. I spoke about the challenges of writing and getting published plus the life changes of switching careers.
2023-24 Southern Book Tour
Kicked off Southern Book Tour with a wonderful event in St. Petersburg. Plenty of Asesina readers on hand. Good to be back in Florida. Follow up novel being edited.

Set up a table and signed copies of Asesina at the Oregon Rhododendron Fair in Florence. Beautiful weather and fabulous flowers. Great time!

Wrapped up final scheduled book tour for Asesina. Great fun, beautiful weather and signed several copies of Asesina. Time to focus on placing the new manuscript.
